1. High Phosphorus Content
MAP 12-61 (Monoammonium Phosphate, chemical formula NH4H2PO4) is a high-concentration nitrogen-phosphorus binary compound fertilizer with a total nutrient content of 73% (12% nitrogen, 61% phosphorus pentoxide). It provides an efficient phosphorus source for crops, especially during growth stages with high phosphorus demand, such as root development, flower bud differentiation, and fruit formation.
2. Complete Water Solubility and Weak Acidity
MAP is easily soluble in water with fast dissolution, making it suitable for efficient fertilization methods like drip and spray irrigation. Its aqueous solution is weakly acidic (pH 4.2-4.8), suitable for various irrigation systems, and performs exceptionally well in acidic soils, mitigating the impact of soil alkalinity on fertilizer efficiency.
3. Safe and Environmentally Friendly
Free of chloride ions, sodium ions, and heavy metal residues, it meets the standards for non-polluting agricultural fertilizers. Its low water-insoluble content (≤0.008%) and high purity (≥99%) ensure no residue after application, reducing the risk of soil pollution.
4. Nutrient Release and Compatibility
Phosphorus exists in the form of phosphate ions, which can be quickly absorbed by crops, promoting seedling root growth and strong plant development. MAP can be mixed with water-soluble fertilizers like urea and potassium nitrate but should not be mixed with calcium- or magnesium-containing fertilizers or strongly alkaline pesticides to avoid precipitation or reduced efficiency.

Suitable for various soil types (especially acidic soils) and crops, including vegetables, fruits, grain crops (e.g., wheat, corn), and cash crops (e.g., cotton, rapeseed). It can be applied as base fertilizer, top dressing, or foliar spray.
