Magnesium Calcium Silicate granular fertilizer Granular is a high-efficiency medium-micro element compound fertilizer made from natural dolomite, wollastonite. It contains 18%-35% soluble SiO2,15%-30% available CaO,0%-20% effective MgO, with slow-release effect for 8-12 months. Core benefits: Strengthens crop stems to resist lodging; prevents cracking fruit, bitter pit disease; promotes photosynthesis; improves soil aggregate structure, relieves soil acidification and compaction.

    I. Basic Product Information

    1. Core Ingredients: Made from natural minerals (dolomite, wollastonite, calcite, etc.), activated at high temperature and granulated. The core contains 18%-35% soluble silicon (SiO₂), 15%-30% available calcium (CaO), and 0%-20% available magnesium (MgO). Some products also include chelated trace elements such as boron and zinc, ensuring complete and balanced nutrients.

    2. Product Characteristics: Grayish-white/light gray round granules, 2-4mm in diameter, good water solubility, does not easily caking.

    3. Core Advantages: Natural fertilizer, nutrient release cycle 8-12 months, long-lasting effect; natural and environmentally friendly raw materials, does not damage soil structure, suitable for green and organic crop planting.

    (I) Single Element Core Effect

    1. Silicon: Enhances crop stem toughness and cell wall strength, resists lodging and pests (reduces rice blast, powdery mildew, etc.); passivates heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in the soil, reducing crop absorption; improves fruit yield. Smooth skin surface, reducing deformed fruit and extending shelf life.

Calcium: Supplements essential calcium nutrients for crops, stabilizes cell wall structure, and effectively prevents physiological diseases such as fruit cracking, blossom-end rot (tomatoes/peppers), and bitter pit (apples); promotes root development, enhances crop drought and cold resistance; improves soil acidification, and regulates soil pH.

Magnesium: A core component of chlorophyll, directly improving crop photosynthetic efficiency and solving leaf yellowing and chlorosis problems; activates various enzymes in the soil, promoting the absorption and conversion of macronutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium; enhances fruit sugar accumulation, improving taste and quality.

    1. Soil Improvement: Breaks up soil compaction, promotes soil aggregate formation, enhances soil permeability and water and fertilizer retention capacity, and alleviates soil salinization and acidification.

    III. Scope of Application

    1. Applicable Crops: Field crops (rice, wheat, corn, cotton), cash crops (peanuts, soybeans, tobacco, tea), fruit and vegetable crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, apples, citrus, grapes), fruit trees, and flower seedlings, especially suitable for crops with high silicon, calcium, and magnesium requirements.

    2. Suitable Soil: Applicable to acidic soils, alkaline soils, compacted soils, and soils affected by continuous cropping. Sandy soils benefit most from application with organic fertilizer.

    IV. Application Methods (Precise and Ground-Level)

    1. Base Fertilizer (Recommended Application): Before sowing/transplanting, apply 50-80 kg per acre, spreading evenly and then tilling into the soil to a depth of 15-20 cm to ensure thorough mixing. Suitable for all crops, providing the longest-lasting effect.

    2. Topdressing: For field crops (rice, corn), apply 15-20 kg per acre during the tillering/heading stage; for fruit and vegetable crops, apply 20-30 kg per acre during the fruit expansion stage. Apply in furrows, cover with soil, and water. Avoid direct contact with roots.

    3. Combined application: Use in combination with organic fertilizer and NPK compound fertilizer to improve nutrient utilization; avoid direct mixing with strongly acidic fertilizers, and wait 3-5 days.

    V. Precautions

    1. Granular fertilizer should be applied as needed to avoid over-application. Increase the amount appropriately for clay soil and reduce the amount appropriately for sandy loam soil.

    2. When using as top dressing, cover with soil and water. Do not spread on the surface to prevent nutrient loss and volatilization.

    3. Store in a dry, ventilated place, protected from moisture and sunlight.

    Yes, samples are provided freely.

    We will do a test by our own lab during the production for every shipment. And we can send our samples to a third party laboratory.
